Archery is a practice aproximatly 55 000 years old, awakening within us something ancestral and deeply rooted. From hunting to mindfulness, this Art has envolved between ages and I see through it the potential of reconnecting with our true Nature. Not has hunters but as Lead.Earth of the Future. It is why I propose two types of workshops designed for individuals of all skill levels. In one hand as entertainment in an educational context or self explorative practice and in the other hand as deepening for companies redefining the system in a buisness oriented mindful practice. Our focus extends beyond skill-building to incorporate an Earth-conscious approach, emphasizing sustainability and self awarness.
MY JOURNEY INTO ARCHERY
Archery is more than just a skill—it is a philosophy of mind, body, and soul. My passion for this ancient art began in September 2022, right after the Colibri Spirit Festival in Arillas. Outside Inas Café, I met Klemmens Smelther, an experienced archery teacher who would soon become both my mentor and a close friend. He invited me to assist him at Ouranos Club, where he held his archery retreat.
Amidst the serene olive groves, I helped set up bows, arrows, targets, and a medieval-style shelter tent, preparing the space for participants. Immersed in this environment, I experienced archery not just as a physical discipline but as a path to focus, patience, and inner balance. I was captivated.
Driven by this passion, I followed Klemmens to Germany, where I became involved with his Robin Hood Bogenzeit archery club in Paderborn. There, I helped manage the club and guided my first courses, introducing company teams to archery as part of their birthday celebrations and team-building events. I also met skilled archers in training and became part of the Pardenbow and Friebow fair trade event teams, deepening my experience.
In addition, I visited schools and clinics, learning how archery could be integrated as a mindfulness practice. I saw firsthand how it helped children develop focus, confidence, and coordination—reinforcing my belief in the power of archery beyond sport.
Through hands-on experience and intensive training, I became a certified archery instructor. Now, I independently offer private lessons, festival workshops, and corporate training sessions, sharing the transformative power of archery with others.
